update: We continue to use the Microsoft Fingerprint Reader, with
slightly more difficulty when used with the new Tab feature with
Microsoft Internet Explorer. It takes seconds for it to "find its
way" between the tabs to launch the login routine. The more tabs
opened the longer it takes; hopefully Microsoft offers (or will
offer) an upgrade to the software. As previously noted: It
was a simple installation taking only 15 minutes from start to
finish with our first site password tagged with the fingerprint
reader; this included setting up all 10 fingers with a
fingerprint match - only needed to do one but wanted to try them
all; thumb was the hardest due to not laying it flat on the clear
panel seen above. Each is matched 4 times - with that process
going quite fast. Definitely going to get some excellent use out
of this product. We definitely recommend considering this time &
memory saver, especially if you have a lot of sites to log into
like we do! I'll report back in a couple weeks to let you know of
any issues uncovered...] |
